Not long now before our great Christmas Open Day and Late Night Shopping Event on Saturday 4th December. Petworth will be decked out in fairy lights and decorations. The Leconfield Hall will be serving mulled wine and our 32 Antique Shops staying open late just to give you the maximum opportunity to SHOP!

There will be festive stalls around the town centre selling goodies during the afternoon and evening and there will be carousel rides for the children in the Market Square. The Christmas tree lights will be turned on at 6.30 and then there will be carol singing.

The antique shops are already planning their windows for the town competition and there will be many “live” ones as well.

Tudor Rose has been saving some very special pieces to show you that make ideal gifts. They include some lovely furniture, silver candles, antiques, exciting gifts and boxes, so do come along and sample our Christmas cheer!

We don’t have any antique pumpkins unfortunately but our window marks the event and we hope the witches magic will bring you straight into our beautiful Shop

Autumn is here and with the longer evenings it is time to get out the games table and think of home entertainment.

We have lots of lovely old sets of dominoes and chess, games compendium, roulette wheel, bezique and much more.

October – only six days so far but enough rain for the month surely. Still thinking of cosy fires and all that goes with them!

With the cold nights we start thinking about open fires and all that go with them. With four lovely old inglenooks at Tudor Rose Antiques we have room to display a fine selection of fire grates, fire dogs, fire irons, fire guards etc. We also have a wonderful old large Foot Bellows . Had to be up early to get our checquered flag out but worthwhile just to see the fabulous cars driving past. With the queues at least they had a good chance to look in our windows and see some of our goodies including the great French commode

Goodwood Revival Meeting

At Goodwood is from Friday 17th September through to the 19th the great event includes the Spirit of Aviation. At our Tudor Rose antique shop we have a wonderful wooden aviation propeller blade that has been converted into a wall clock. A must for any enthusiast.

In keeping with the spirit of aviation and the classic cars and magnificent old motorbikes me we have a great range of accessories that are used by many a vintage enthusiast.  The selection includes a lovely print of a vintage car, a vintage picnic hamper, a wide selection of silver hip flasks, vintage luggage and much more!
Visit us online or as we are at Petworth where most traffic seems to pass through to get to Goodwood (Just a 25minute drive away) why not pop in to see us. You will not be disappointed.
